Try Curves. They advertise a "Meal Complete plan" now; but you only have to join the gym. No mirrors, no men. Great first gym experience. Been to Lismore one; great people and pleasant surroundings.

Hi I am about to be sleeved and am having an additional hernia repair also. I am looking for a good personal trainer or exercise physiologist for when I can start exercising after surgery. Does anyone have any recommendations?
