Pre op I had reflux. I'd had it for years, had a fundoplication and HH repair to fix it (didn't) developed Barretts as a result and was on Pariet.
Post op, I don't have any reflux symptoms but I am on Nexium 40mgs twice a day.
I feel hungry a lot which I understand is the post sleeve symptom of reflux.
How do I know if I'm hungry or if it's reflux? I can eat something and feel hungry within half an hour even if I'd been uncomfortable when I ate or even if I've vomited. I'm pretty sure it's not head hunger....my stomach feels like it's got hunger contractions.
