| Hi Lauren.
Congrats on your surgery and everything being OK. The first couple of weeks are the hardest and it's all uphill from there. Enjoy those liquids.
I'm four and a half weeks post op and I'm now eating everything. I progressed really quickly as I had absolutely no problems swallowing, no vomiting, no nausea, no anything really. So I have tried most foods and I haven't had any trouble. I just eat normally now and I'm doing great. Well apart from the swing between diarrhoea and constipation that is. I just can't find a happy medium in that department. LOL. Apart from that I've lost 9.5kgs as of today and that's all post surgery. I didn't have to do the Opti so I'm totally stoked with that weight loss in one month. Woohoo. You can check out my diary for a blow by blow description of the last month.
I hope everything continues to just get better and better for you and do enjoy the weight falling off in the first couple of weeks. It is the biggest high. It will slow down though so be prepared if you are weighing yourself everyday. Plateaus happen but you get through them and the weight comes off again. Good luck Gorgeous. Keep me updated.
Hugs, | |
