I've got my date and I'm really really scared.  Dr Lord seems to have a good reputation, but...

I've got a gastroscopy on the 6th as preparation which I hope will settle my nerves at least a little.

I quit smoking today and will start on the shakes early in December.  I could be dangerous to live with soon. :P
