I have found everyone on here are lovely and a wealth of information, any questions just ask! I may not be much help yet as I have a week to go, after that though I hope to share my experiences post op! congrats on getting your surgery date

you should easily get to your goal of 90kgs, I started at 137.6 kgs and I am now 102 kgs I was sleeved in may but did a few weeks of opti prior to surgery

Hi my name is Julia, i am a 31 year old mother of 2 girls 6 & 4. I am a nurse and enjoy swimming and playing netball. I have just been given a surgery date of 9th oct at my local hospital with dr leong. I am excited but very nervous about having the sleeve done. I currently weigh 130kg and hope to get down to 90kg goal weight. I have alot of questions but dont even know where to start, so if you have any advise pre/post surgery i would love to hear them. Thanks
