| I was hoping that once I lost the weight, I'd feel much happier in my own body.
Now I'm thinking I might look better with my clothes left on!

| exercise will help - burns fat and increases muscle (cardio best for fat burning and resistance for muscles). the more fat you lose the better results you'll get with plastic surgery. yep I hate my body | |

| I lost 42 kgs about 10 years ago and I had wobbly, loose bits all over the place. No amount of exercise shifted it or helped it. I'm glad I didn't have plastic surgery though because I put all the weight back on. |

| So ...
I know this probably isn't the right place but I'm asking anyways.
Has anyone else noticed that with the weight loss, there seems to be LOTS of wobbly bits on their bodies?
I mean, being overweight means I've always had wobbly bits but now I'm finding that my butt moves more, my upper arms move more and my thighs feel like jelly.
Will exercise help with this or am I doomed to be saggy unless I undergo huge amounts of plastic surgery?
Don't get me wrong, I knew that I'd need some plastics but at this stage, I dislike my body more sometimes than when I was at my heaviest!! :(
