Good luck I want to be that much lighter by then also but I am having constant stalls or really low losses so as much as I would like to join you I feel afraid to commit but I will think of it.  I am going well with the spring into spring I have gone to gym everyday.

New Years Resolution Empty
PostSubject: New Years Resolution   New Years Resolution EmptyMon 15 Jul 2013, 12:10 am

This is more for me just to be able to track results and stay accountable, I think if I have to record it I will do better,  but jump on board if you wish.

My New Years Resolution is to start the New Year 20kg lighter than I am now.

My dietician has suggested that if I want to loose 1kg a week I need to up my calories to 1000-1200 a day. I like her, I trust her, I will give it a go!

So my aim now is to loose 800g a week till the end of the year.

So im breaking it down.

88.6 kg today.

12 August - 85.4
9 September - 82.2
15 October - 78.2 - 12 month sleeve anniversary
11 Nov - 75  (top of my healthy bmi)
9 dec - 71.8
30 dec  - 69.4
