hi soontobeskinny,

Which surgeon do you have, where are you going through?

I'm going through SIOS with Dr Kuzinkivas.  For my opti regime I'm allowed 3 x optis/day, min 2 cups of allowed vegetables/day 1 tsp oil/day.

Allowed vegetables are:
cauliflower, carrot, capsicum, lettuce, cabbage, spinach, mushrooms, leek, green beans, snow peas, bean sprouts, bok choy, broccoli, 

No: corn, peas, potato, pumpkin, sweet potato

Free:
miso soup (plain miso), diet jellys

Must drink 2-3 litres of calorie free liquid/day.
tea & coffee allowed, but no milk or sugar.

Hi i have a surgery date of 26/7 and can't wait. I start the shakes tomorrow but haven't seen the dietician yet can anyone help on what i can and can't eat? Can i drink Tea or diet soft drinks ?
