| Don't cook them to freeze. Just make them as normal and freeze. Defrost and cook ... Yumo | |

If I freeze them do I just heat them in the microwave or oven?
Kil I think you'll be ok, just have a small bite and see how your tummy goes. I know rice was the last thing I could tolerate, everything went down well except rice at the beginning. Lucky they freeze well if you can't eat it just yet. | |

Drool - I LOVE Arancini !!!
I've been eating Risotto for a few weeks now (Sleeved 30.4.13) so I reckon you'll be right. I made 2 versions, one with Arborio rice and the second with Quinoa cos it's got so much protein in it.
Okay gotta go raid the kitchen now, you've made me hungry for a gourmet dinner.

| Has anyone tried Risotto on the soft stage? Im thinking of making some arancini balls as they freeze really well , but not sure how the tummy will like the Risotto. | |
