I'm only 2 weeks out so can't tell you from personal experience BUT it doesn't sound like too much.

I'm 10 weeks out and today had a whole crusket with cheese tomato n 4 canned oysters.... Is it bad I can fit the whole crusket in? I was very full after :-) Confused
