I haven't reached that stage yet looking forward to it but have noticed quite a few of the March people saying they eat 1 or even 2 so I think you are alright ring the dietitian if it is worrying you don't just stay silent and fret.

I'm 10 weeks out and today had a whole crusket with cheese tomato n 4 canned oysters.... Is it bad I can fit the whole crusket in? I was very full after :-)
