I think maintenance varies enormously from one person to another. Some people get to goal easily and sit there comfortably, others not so. I dropped below my goal, which was fine to a point, but eventually needed to regain a few kilos as I was starting to look very gaunt. I have been maintaining now for almost a year (I fluctuate about 3-4kg up and down but apparently that is not unusual). For me at least I do need to be mindful of what I eat still and I probably could gain easily if I sat and ate junk all day, but by and large it has been a fairly easy transition.

Hi,

I just wondered for those who have reached their goal, is it easy to maintain from the point of view of not becoming underweight or not putting weight on again?

Thanks
