Hi and welcome to this site,heaps to find and lots of info. I was sleeved 12 th dec last year and was trouble free all the way and I wish I had done it years ago.i feel so much better in myself and can walk everywhere now. I can eat pretty much anything healthy but avoid junk,I still have the odd one or two sweets but not the whole bag or whole block of chocolate now.do keep us posted on this site on how you go and your recovery and any questions just ask away there is always some one who can help you.good luck and best wishes.
