| Made these tonight, so simple yet so YUM I served mine with a spoonful of sundried tomato pesto *licks fingers* Zuchinni Bites 2 Cups Grated Zuchinni 2 Eggs 1/2 Cup Breadcrumbs 1/2 Cup Grated Cheese 1/2 Onion, diced Salt and Pepper to taste Squeeze liquid from Zuchinni in paper towel or clean dish cloth so it's not soggy Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and spoon mixture into small muffin pans and bake at 200 Degrees for approx 20 mins or until golden on top It's that easy  | |
