My super got approved yay! So happy.
I start Opti on May 13!

Just out of curiosity what information did they require from you to claim your super. I have my first appt with my surgeon tomorrow and should be able to get my date. I just want to be prepared.. How exciting for you. I can't wait to have my surgery..

Wow this has all happened quite quickly for me!
I've been scheduled for May 27th!
Sent all my Super forms in today so fingers crossed there won't be any issues with it or more information needed (seriously, that's a lot of information they wanted!!!)
