I was just wondering if run of the mill colds and flus were worse better or same after a sleeve in people's experience?

I have the usual tickling sore throat that announces a cold coming and am 6 weeks post sleeve.

I've started the garlic and zinc tablets which usually help me but just interested to know what others have found???
