Quite a few people ask how much they can expect to loose with the sleeve so I thought I would post my losses so far as a guide. These results are what I have achieved and are an idea only, you may loose more or less.
I have included my efforts to diet prior to surgery as well
Pre op
month 1 - 5.8
month 2 - 2.9
month 3 - 2.2
Surgery month - 8.2
post op
month 1 - 5.3
month 2 - 4.6 (christmas)
month 3 - 5.6
month 4 - 4.5
month 5 - 2.5 thus far, 2 weeks to go
