| Thank goodness. I'm now at 95.6. So that's 7 kilos down since surgery on 14/2. I've never lost stone, even with my band. I had some soup yest, but the ham got stuck so up the whole lot came. It's a differant feeling from being sick with the band. Gonna walk Callum to school to get in my exercise. Have a great day Love Jo  | |
