Good luck for tomorrow itsalinko, I started at 102kg had my op on the 21/02/12. I now weigh 74kg dont regret a thing. Make sure you take it easy the first few weeks rest if you need to. Dont rush into eating too fast.

Tomorrow is the day 427584 In at Hollywood hosp at 7am. Hopefully I will be chris's first patient.

Didn't loose a bloody thing on optifast. So disappointed. All those bloody veggies, while my family ate nice meals.

So at 102 kilos, I hope to god this will be the last time I'm over 100.

Sleeve here I come bye bye band world.
