juice recipes

our juices have

apples
oranges
carrots
cucumber
celery
beetroot
ginger
spinach
( all in one)

I prefer to well strain in as well

My new go to recipe is 1 apple, 2 carrots, 2 sticks celery, ginger, beetroot. It doesn't taste great but I get it down :)

This is my go to juice recipe.


1 apple
2 carrots
1 cucumber
1/3 bag of baby spinach
1/2 stalk celery
knob of ginger

Makes approx 600 ml
Approx 180 calories (from memory)

I then add a teaspoon of artificial sweetener ... cos drinking green juice may be reeeeeeeeeeeeeally good for you but it seriously needs a bit of sweetening !!

And I found by sweetening the juice with fruit it added too many calories (for ME) thus the added Stevia or whatever.

Now I want a juice !!

I am going to get a juicer so I can get some fruit and veg in, I never eat fruit now and I maybe get a dessert spoon of veg once a week.
