I am considering having the sleeve done and had my first consult with Dr Leon Cohen. I think my concern with it is that i know it is a tool to help me achieve a goal but i think i need to get my head right.
Can anyone recommend a good psychologist that can help me look at my relationship with food before having the surgery?
I would like to think that I would do the right thing after the surgery but it worries me that it hasnt worked in the past, so with all the expense and hardwork, why would it work this time.
Has anybody worked through their bad habits and laziness to achieve this?
