Well my goals for 2013 are;

1. Lose that last stubborn 7 kilos

2. Learn to meditate and practice regularly

3. Be more socially active & invest more time in my friendship network

4. Pay off my credit card every month.

Is that too many? Once I started there seemed so many things that I've been thinking about doing or improving or trying!

Reminds me, I have volunteered to do some charity walks later in the year.

I am 13kg to surgeons goal and 18 to mine. I need to get down to around 55 but I figure there will be a few kgs worth of excess skin to be removed so 60kg is a good goal :)

I have just gone completely mad and signed up for a 5 km obstacle course run thing. It's in October on my birth day and I will be 1 year and 10 days sleeved. Crap, now I have to get thin, fit and strong in 10 months. Eek!

lol secretly I would love to do tough mudder but I dont think it would ever happen! tough blokes challenge is a smaller, shorter version ;).

I too hate the gym so I have sussed out all the local fitness activities and made a list of the ones that do a free trial class. I will hit them all and try what they have, group classes, boxing, boot camp etc. All things I have never done.

I think a marathon is beyond me, but a 5k should be doable! I would be too scared to bungee, but I am doing hot air balloon and helicopter in August, both things im just too fat for now Goals for 2013 314562

Just love your list Demi, Zumba, boxing, tough blokes challenge???? WOW. I am sure you will achieve all this and more. I have similar ambitions but would love to get motivated for them.....for example:

I would love to run a marathon. I hate the gym!!! I wish sooo much I loved it but I can't stand it. I walk every day and hope to be able to jog or run but think I will need to weight to have the boob job and TT. Anyway, here are a few on my list.

1. Try and enjoy exercise more (lol)

2. Reach goal of 79kg by sleeve anniversary (forever goal much lighter)

3. Bungee Jump!!! (Have always wanted to and will do when I reach my personal goal)

Sitting here working out my goals for next year.

1. Do some form of exercise every day

2. Try new fitness related activities like Zumba, boxing, fitness classes etc

3. Get to a size 16

4. Build muscle and tone

5. Start dating my hubby with 1 proper date night per month (no kids!)

6. Be able to run/walk 7km and lift my own body weight so I can take part in events like tough blokes challenge and warrior dash in 2014

7. Do the colour run and actually run it.

What are your goals for 2013?
