Just wondering if anyone is monitoring their body fat percentage ? If so, what is working to drop it further ?
My weight is relatively stable now at nearly a year out, but looking to tone up more by dropping BF. I have great definition on my arms, upper torso, and legs, but feel that to get any tone on my abdomen, I need to do specific exercises, and ultimately drop body fat. FWIW, I've gone from 39% BF to 24% Bf.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
