As far as I know there are no proteintablets. Gelatein jelly has 20g protein in a serve, you can get tht from band buddies, (the taste is a little different, but if you can get used to it, it is a great way of getting more protein in), you can get egg white powder and add it to quiches, rissoles, shakes. Also luten flour is 80% protein, like egg white powder, and cane be used in sauces, rissoles, casseroles, cakes, biscuits. You can luten flour from health food shops. Prawns are a great scource of protein, if I remember correctly 5 prawns is 12 grams of protein. The Aussie Bodies protein bars are great, I quite often have a small one asa snack (100 calories, 9 grams of protein). Of course, fish is good, even 30g of fish add to the protein count very nicely. 20g of nuts is good, there a re a lots of roasted legumes like chick peas,, provide a good amount of protein, 20g of these help a lot as well.
If you can eat scrambled eggs add egg white powder to the mix, the same as for an omelete. I am not sure how far down the track you are but it does take a while to reach the 60g protein in a day, but if you are in the early stages you do not reach that level at first. Itis one of many goals you aim for in your journey.
Good luck in your search.
