| Calorie content:
1 cup whole meal self raising flour: 704cals
1/2 ripe banana small: 76 cal
3/4 cup: 113 cals
1 cup Goodness Superfoods protein 1st cereal: 240g/45 x 167 cals = 890cals
peanuts: 10 nuts broken 60 cals
white choc melts/chips: 40gm 220 cals
dried fruit: 2 tbspns 84 cals
1/2 cup brown sugar: 120/15 x 8.3 = 67 cals
1/2 cup Natures way protein powder: 120/30 x 117 = 468cals
TOTAL: 2682cals
NOTES - The calorie amount is for the whole slice and can be divided up as you like. I made cookies using muffin tins,, next time I should standardise the sizes, I made about 22 which means each one was 121 cals. I used Calorie King app on my iphone and also Kitchen Dial app that allows you put measurements ie tablespoons and it will convert it to grams etc,
(Please note this are approx amts)

| what do you think, how would or will you change.
I think I will add some oats and fibre like pyschilium husks. Add some mushie pear or apple instead of brown sugar just for the natural sugars. Lots of possibilties

| I made this and lucky I have my sleeve otherwise, I wouldn't stop eating them
Cereal Protein slice/cookies
all approx measurements
1 cup wholemeal self raising flour
up to 125 marg (I added 1/2 very ripe banana and half much olive oil spread and a plash of v8 tropical juicde)
added 1 packet of multi-vit powder (which was foul drdinking so adding to food)
1/2 cup special K\
1/2 protein 1st cereal
added peanuts, dried fruit like cranberries, saltanas etc. added pumpkin seeds (can added anything)
had bits of white choc as well mainly for Cass, did not add the dried fruit for hers
up to half cup brown sugar 1 egg
added Natures way protein powder about 1/3 cup.
Mix together and either cook as one big slice or in muffin tins as individual cookiees.
Cook at 180c for 15-20mins, less time if you make cookies.
Mega yummy and really you can add anything you want. Next time I will add some sunflower seeds and different nuts and fruit and peanut butter. Might be able to get a rough cal,fat and protein values when I can get bothered lol. Add to my already long to do list. Very yummy as breakkie or snack. Could make it heavier so takes longer to eat and not as morish :)
Noot bad for first time cooking lol
Got this recipe from mother and baby 'kids meals' magazine
