| Hi Marg,
I eat bread occasionally, I can only manage 1 slice and I prefer it toasted. My dietician said it was fine, I pretty much eat everything in moderation and most days achieve enough protein. | |

| yes I do.At 2 and half years out I can now eat a sandwich with 2 pieces of bread most times, sometimes I cannot manage to finish it. I also have cereal for brekky most mornings. Weight wise having some bread included in a balanced diet wont hurt its more the snacking and junk etc that hurts the wiast line! shelly | |

| I was wondering if people ate bread after having their sleeve, six month out and i like a slice of toast now and then, will it slow up weight loss.I would normally have a boiled egg with it or just a little jam. | |
