Hi Erin

My mother aged 86 had this procedure about 2 years ago - was done in day surgery and the patch taken off the following day. She said it was painless and not uncomfortable. She only wears glasses for reading and wouldn't need them if her other eye was done.

hi there fellow folks in sleeverworld

i am just wondering if any of the older people out there have experienced artificial eye lens replacements. if any have can you tell me what the experience was like and do you still need to wear contacts or glasses?
