| Wow, I haven't heard of one. I did have problems with getting used to my bum without padding, and finally got to fine out what people meant by the expression "sitting on the bones of my arse", but nothing like the pain you describe. I hope that your treatment works, and wish you all the luck in the world. | |

| Oh No. That sounds like a painfull thing to have done. Best of luck.
I often have issues with mine due to arthritis and have multiple times gotten infections in it. I hope it doesn't get bad with my weight loss. | |

| Has anyone had any issues with your tailbone since your op? Apparently its quite common. I have a problem with mine, It grows outward however since I have lost the majority of my padding on my bum it means I have to have it removed as the pain is excrutiating. My surgeon mentioned when I visited him he had seen 3 other patients that week with the same issue and all bariatric patients. | |
