31 July 2012 Sleeve

Hi Perthsleeve,

Welcome to the forum. I am getting sleeved on Monday and on opti. I have to say it is not as bad as I thought. My saving grace is the low carb vegies at night and I have a bar as well as I like to feel like I am eating.

there are a few of us that are dolan sleeved and happy about it

we love his dry humour and his direct ways (not always popular with some)

have u joined teh July sleevers thread? I found it so helpful to have people at the same place and time as me chatting through - but suggest go read through June sleevers and see how they went and came through
