| Still waiting on the letter from GP, hopefully it will be today or tomorrow. I have my super forms filled out ready to go. I see the psych and dietician on 11 July and got the confirmation to see endocrinologist Dr Anna Lih on the 6 August, so i m hoping to have super approved by then, so then i hopefully can get a sleeve date. I hope i dont have to wait too long. | |

| Hi everyone. seen Dr Taylor yesterday,i found him to be a very caring & professional man knows his stuff. I have to get bloods done and also am booked on the 11 July to see dietician and psych. Sincce i am wanting to go through the concord hospital as i dont have PHI i have to see the endocrinologist. I am booked to see him on the 6 August. I am also applying to have my super released so all i need now is a letter from my GP and then i will send paperwork. I really hope it gets approved before the 6 August. I am so happy things are starting to move along. | |
